Walmart Pharmacy

"A paticular male personal went beyond his job duty. He did me the favor to contact my doctor and request an authorization for a refill, since I called on multiple occasion and they never assisted me. I was beginning to become overwhelm and he eased me down. I am beyond sastisfied with their workmanship."

"Said ir would take 20 min to fill prescriptions got 3 of the 5 medications.. one was sent back cuz they dont cover it. Took 3 hours to fill one prescription. Im a dialysis patient. This idea unacceptable"

"Worst service ever! I went in an hr and a half after I watched my doctor send the prescription to them (just after 8am). When I arrived at nearly 10am they said, "We just received it and we are still working on it. It won't be done for another hr (at 9:50a). I called at 11:55a and to my surprise they are still working on it and they said it won't be done for another 40mins to an hr. Seriously ya'll need to get it together. Because people who need their medication are relying on you to get it to them in a timely fashion. I will be finding a new pharmacy because this one is just full of issues!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!"

"Customer service stinks here. There's a line to drop off and i was there for 20 mins and no one came. Then i go to the pick up line and waited 15 mins there, then when someone finally came they told me to go to the pick up line. I told them i was already there waiting. They where rude and said "well keep waiting, we are busy". I can see to people standing there doing nothing. I took off without dropping off my pills. This not the first time i had problems with this place. They always just take off to lunch at the time they please. I miss Walgreens but my new insurance wont accept them."

"No stating when they go to lunch or when they will be back. Submitted Rx refills and they were sent back on the same day 2 times with no explanation. Customer service is horrible."
