"Their sense of urgency is not as important to them as it is to you. Things have sort of been one-sided where I have to reach out and do all the calling. They never call me back. Ever. I'm the one who has to do all the follow-up. I'm not crazy about that at all. If they're going to call back, they need to do that. I've used other pharmacies in northern California, and they were very customer oriented. This has been a disappointment."
