"Incompetent! They call every day to do a refill. When my doctor sends the refill, it never fails these clowns messes it up. On top of that, they will give u the wrong meds or the wrong dose. Just be careful and double-check your meds and dose. You don't want to end up taking the room temperature challenge with these clowns."

"I’ve been going here for a while and I’ve never had a smooth experience here. Every single time they always have an issue where they would say they had my prescription and then I get there and they don’t have it. I’ll call a week beforehand to make sure my prescription would be refilled and they said it would be. Once I got there… of course… it’s not ready. Never going here again"

"Pharmacist is incompetent and deceitful. She claimed to have attempted to contact me but definitely did not. She was also unable to fill the prescription due to inadequate knowledge and procided false information to justify her actions."

"I'm really sad to say I've been using this Pharmacy for years and I've had great service most the time from them over the years hey. I realize cuz it's been difficult for everyone and I guess that are included in on this too. I do seem to always have problems getting pain medication from this Pharmacy which is kind of a sad thing. I've been waiting since 10 this morning and I've been told I still need to wait a few more hours even though they have everything they need from the doctor V codes everything Meanwhile my ear is swollen shut with the inner and outer ear infection. And I've been told that it's not their problem and then I just need to hang on. I've been hanging on for days that's not really the answer I want to hear and to hear that I have to wait 5 more hours for a prescription that's not okay. I'm sorry to say that it looks like I'll be having after many years this is a sad thing but I guess with everything changes inevitable"
