"Rude. Called in just to do a stock check before script was sent, kind of procedural for this rare medication. Very rude and asked private questions regardless of patient Dr confidently. She told me to call cvs. Slightly over bearing and unnecessary. American service standards are dropping beyond one’s own opinions. Sad really"

They are very rude (especially the old man), they make me wait hours to get my prescription, they always respond with attitude and are extremely unprofessional. Save yourself the trip and go to another pharmacy where you will be treated with better and quick service."

"The older man who works there is terribly rude. Telling me how they’ve been trying to reach me for two days and as I try to even begin to explain what’s been going on he raises his voice and doesn’t even let me speak. I’m writing this so maybe they can take a moment and learn that you never know what someone is going through, no need to spread negative energy and go off on someone like that for circumstances an individual can’t control. On the other hand the ladies who picked up my call before him were very kind."

"Wow! I just want to start by saying the staff is so friendly and amazing here. Especially David and RJ, so knowledgeable. Very clean and calming environment with a natural earthy feel. This place has saved my life on countless occasions when I just couldn’t get to the pharmacy in time and they delivered straight to home same day. Everyone is so personable and goes out of their way to make you feel like family. I recently tried the IV cocktail drip on the IV concierge side of the pharmacy and I’m absolutely addicted !!! . I am so happy I found this place in the heart of Beverly Hills, walking distance from my house. A true gem!!!"
