"Every time I come here my medication is not ready. Even if I spoke to pharmacy staff on the phone 10 minutes before coming in to confirm my meds are ready. There can be 2 people in line in front of me and it will still take 25 minutes to get to the front of the line. Typically it’s a 40 minute event. Doesn’t matter what time of day it is. They need more staff and they desperately need people who know how to do their job. Everything gets blamed on a “glitch” or “error” or they just say “I don’t know what happened”. I wrote this whole review in the time one person was helped and they were actually sent away without being helped. This places suuuuuuuuuuuuuccckkkkkssssss"
"Pharmacy drive thru line is always long, mornings or evenings. Their waiting time is more than 15 min! Just to pick up prescriptions! Seems I am at Starbucks line!"
