"The person that helped me was RUDE. The name on the receipt was not the person that helped me. The person that helped me was a young man of South Asian decent. He has helped me in the past and has never been helpful and only wants to hand you your script and move on to the next person in line. I had surgery on my abdomen on July 25th. I picked up my prescribed medication on the 26th. From the 26th to the 30th I had horrible gas pain and due to my surgery I am unable to naturally pass gas. I saw a script from the 25th was on hold and lo and behold it was an anti gas medication. No one told me it was on hold. I saw it when I went to fill another script. So I go to the drive up and this person is the one that helps me. He tells me the medication wasn't given to me because it's OTC. And I said fine but why didn't anyone tell me when I picked up the other meds in that order on the 26th, he didn't respond. Then he told me to go inside and get it, but it was on the list of OTC drugs that can be picked up through the drive through. So I asked him to get it for me, he was not happy about me asking him to do that. From that moment on he moved slower than he already did, placed my medications further away from me(I'm in a Honda and I'm short) in a way that I couldn't twist my body due to the sutures so I had to open the door and get out of my car to get the scripts he was handing me. The entire time he is watching me through the window. Then came the time for change, I noticed I was short so I asked him and he pointed to the door and said its in there and I had to get up and feel around for my change. Normally they put your change in a white basket and I believe this person did this on purpose because the people before me in line got their script and change in a white basket which is the typical procedure in this process. If he is the person to help me when I go back I will be asking for someone else's help."

"Waited to long to dropped off the prescription inside, even only one person ahead of me. The counter top and behind their computer is dirty, it's cover with lots of dirts on top, look like no one wipe is off for long time. The I choose to come back later to pick it up. When they text me it is ready I came back and saw the drive Drive thru was empty so went thru drive thru and it's done i 5 min. I'll give Drive thru 5 stars."
