"This pharmacy is the worst. The staff is really rude and uncaring. Jessica reassured me over and over that she would call me the following Monday about my sons out stock prescription, but of course she never did. This is what they always do, they never follow up and when you call them on it, they get an attitude. This pharmacy has been this way for years. I hope one day it changes management or SOMETHING. Because it’s the closest one to me. Right now I drive 20 mins out of my way to avoid this pharmacy."

"Horrible customer service. My elder parents went to pick up their prescriptions and the WHOLE staff was extremely disrespectful and whispering amongst themselves about my parents. And we know it was about them because they would look at them, begin to talk, EVEN LAUGHING, and speaking loudly and clearly so we can hear that they are talking about them. They were belittled and treated horribly. We have been there multiple times and my parents haven't experienced that before today. I will be calling in to ask for all their names. Kaiser Permanente needs to do better when picking out their staff. If you're going to be medical field, and even in customer service, you need to have some sort of compassion or care for people who come into your place of work and evidently all those arrogant pharmacy workers do not."

"Pharma tech here is bad. They will ask u to wait for 5 to 10 minutes but that will drag u to 30 minutes or more before they call u to say your prescription is not available. Almost every time this happens to me. Poor management control. Find somewhere else to refill your prescription before u get disappointed."
