"My prescription was called in on Thursday the 3rd they did not have it ready that day when they said it would be . Told me it would be ready Friday by 2 o’clock so I called Friday at 2 o’clock. They still don’t have it !!! so now they tell me it’s on order it’ll be on on Monday by 2 o’ clock …NOPE AGAIN !!!!! So AGAIN now I’m an told it will be ready Tuesday by 2 o’ clock. NOPE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I’m being told Wednesday by 2 o’clock !!!!!!!!!!!! This is completely ridiculous!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Each time I have gone to this Pharmacy, I get a different story about their policies and my prescriptions. Hang literally admitted to me that she had told me something different the previous time I was there. The staff at the Vons Pharmacy a mile or two down the road on Woodruff are way better and worth the extra drive."
