"Absolutely terrible experience. Was quoted 15 minutes for prescription, ended up waiting an hour. Pharmacist on duty, Diane Tran was extremely rude. Told me aggressively to wait, and that filling prescriptions wasn't "like making pizza". I'm generally understanding and know people can have bad days or be overworked, and I don't expect every interaction to be sparkles and sunshine, but there is zero need to be downright rude and condescending. A simple, neutral conversation would've been fine. I've been made to literally wait 4x what I was originally told, and was still trying to be as polite as possible up until that point. Mind you, this is with very little to no other people looking to get prescriptions filled at this time. If this is how someone who is trying to be polite, patient, and has been waiting for far longer than they should have is treated, I'd hate to see how others fare. Would give zero stars if possible. Unironically go to CVS, Target, or Walgreens. Much faster and much better service. Dodge the hell out of this place. Not worth your time folks."
"came on April 3rd to fill a prescription. The first thing the pharmacist says to me "why did you wait so long?" I wasn't sure what she meant by that so I said "the script was written for March 26th which was 7 days ago." The tone of her voice was very accusative and derogatory. Next she says the medication is "out of stock" and they had 4 orders of it and it would be in in 6 weeks. I said that's fine I'll wait 6 weeks for it. Next I get a call back from the pharmacy 10 minutes later and the pharmacist starts asking me why I decided to fill it in Rosemead, California. I replied that I've never been interrogated on where I've filled a prescription before as this was an invasion of privacy. Then later I received another call back from her that she won't fill the prescription because she felt uncomfortable filling it. This woman needs her license revoked because I need this medication for everyday functioning. A waste of my time and a potential lawsuit waiting to happen. Josephine Vo I also reported to the DCA and State licensing board. Pharmacists are a dime a dozen, fire her."
"The staff here are NOT efficient. They work slow, so you should just drop off your prescription and come back the next day. They will disappoint you if they say they will have it ready within 30 minutes. I will warn others of the terrible service here at Walmart Pharmacy ROSEMEAD."
"Very very slow. I dropped off my prescription at 4:10pm and was told it would be 20-30 minutes. That was fine. After about 20 minutes, I asked about my medication and the employee didn't know what was going on, and said it would be ANOTHER 25 MINUTES. The employee that I dropped my papers off to was nowhere to be seen. At this point, there were no other customers needing assistance at the pharmacy. There were several employees at the back area, just looking at their computer. Finally, at 4:50pm, I asked the employee AGAIN if my medication was ready. She said she would go get it. NOBODY WAS PREPARING MY MEDICATION THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS WAITING. I could see she was just starting to get my medication and label it. It took 10 minutes to do that, and I finally left Walmart at 5:00pm. Horrible experience. DO NOT COME HERE. It would be much faster at a CVS pharmacy."
"My prescriptions always ready. pharmacy attendants very friendly & Nice Especially Olga is extra Helpful."
