"FYI: Pickup order spots have been moved back to their original location, right in front of store. This location always has what I ordered in stock, unlike the 76th and Coldspring. Only downside is not enough pickup spots and they're usually filled with lazy people who don't wanna park in a regular space and instead occupy pickup apots."
"Picknsave has gone way downhill. My father used to swear by Kroger back in the day then they moved out of Wisconsin and now they're back purchasing Pick n Save stores. The prices have gone crazy and their products are pathetic especially their meat hamburger and beef are terrible. hamburgers all Grease I will pay the little bit extra and shop at Festival. And Festival goes out of its way to help its customers even carry an umbrella when it's pouring rain outside to cover the customer I am so impressed with festivals customer service picknsave can never get anywhere near close to this , they're just to all about commercial. And the commercials are pathetic"
"I have a good shopping experience whenever I shop at this Pick n Save location in Hales Corners."
"This is my usual grocery store and normally it is good but I needed to grocery shop at night for a trip up north. The only place to check out was self check. It was a little ridiculous trying to do self check out with $120 worth of groceries....The line backed up since it took me awhile. Should have gone elsewhere. Guess I know better for next time."
"Very bad experience. Went there last night and it was once again, another stressful checkout. We bagged all of our groceries while 2 workers stood a few feet away from us— chatting, laughing, staring, doing nothing. They clearly saw us and we were in the only lane open besides self check out (it was 2 hours until close). I was trying to tend to our fussy toddler while my boyfriend bagged everything— they definitely saw us looking stressed but continued to watch from a few feet away and chat. I’d understand having to bag our own groceries if the store was busy and the workers seemed to actually be doing their jobs, but that was far from the case. No excuse for that, simply do your job."
