"Back when one of their old employees used to work there it was really great. But now it’s not good. They have lost my order several times and just leave me hanging without meds for a month. They told me to ask my neighbors if they got it, oh all 500+ of them? Really? Then refused to send out a new prescription. How is this now my issue due to their incompetence? So now I’m out 1 month kn meds. Thank goodness I love with my partner who happens to have the same prescription l, but had we not been together i would’ve been SOL. Nice to see they only care about the money and not their clientele."
