"The staff at the CVS Pharmacy on Los Coyotes at the Traffic Circle in Long Beach has been exceptionally efficient and friendly during the past year. I started using this pharmacy shortly after I was diagnosed and started treatment for two serious cancers and new onset heart disease nine months ago. My prescriptions are always filled promptly and correctly. I am advised by text message when the meds are ready to be picked up. The CVS Caremark app makes it easy to order refills, keep track of my prescriptions, and see how much they have cost me. The few times I've called the pharmacy, the pharmacists have always been friendly and helpful. I'm a retired physician and I definitely appreciate the efficient, courteous, and professional work done by the staff at the CVS Pharmacy on the Traffic Circle in Long Beach."

"The cashier at the pharmacy checkout forced the customer to check out all their items at the pharmacy and sign them up for membership even though he said no. He realized there were a lot of people waiting so he didn’t want to keep people waiting but the pharmacy checkout said no problem and made everyone wait. I will no longer use this pharmacy. RITE aid from now on"

"As we, as a nation have drifted away from the 50's, 60's and 70's our customer service aspects of our job functions also has drifted away. Luckily not at this particular CVS location that my wife and I are visiting for our medication needs. It is so refreshing that your frontline employees-( assets) whom are carrying your business banner are so efficient that makes some one like me to by-pass my nephew's pharmacy and visit this location. There was a long line of customers, and the employees were all visibly hustling and they were knowledgeable and efficient. If CVS doesn’t appropriately staff their busy shifts, they will lose these exceptionally hard working staff members."
