"bad serves going on 4 days still whiting on my meds every day i keep calling and i was told it would be out the next dayi would ask them to please send after 3 pm no one would be home till after that time but i would get home to see a note on my door tryed to deliver at 12 noon i cant drive thats why i need delivery now im going on 4 days now i sick of all this i just no im going to be calling again tomorrow sorry about the bad spilling"

"This place is great because it offers free delivery and is open seven days a week. The service is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately a lot of the problem comes from miscounted pills and poor communication. For example, I had a prescription not get automatically refilled for awhile and then found out it had insurance issues. I was never called about it. There have been some times where instead of four pills, I'll get twelve at once. Which sounds fantastic, free medication. However on the bad side of things I've been short changed on drugs before and had to refill early. Also it's been impossible to cancel medications I'm no longer taking as I have to inform them several times while they get away with charging me for a prescription I no longer use. This is absurd. Also I received voicemails from RX pharmacy which honestly on my part I forgot to check saying that my credit card information was incorrect. The bad part is that while yes I should've checked my voicemail, nobody told me that I had pending charges. So I just assumed that when they ran my insurance, they were also running my credit card and checking if I could pay for the meds. Turns out they haven't been for months and that built up to some luckily small medical debt that could've broke me. I'm a poor person and I need to be informed right away."
