The office all workers that include the front desk receptionist, the MD assistant are very friendly and frofessinal. "DOESN'T EVER ANSWER THERE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS. I HAVE HAD TO WAITED 3 MONTHS JUST FOR MY RESULTS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM BECAUSE I CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE.!!! MY SYMPTOMS ARE GETTING WORSE!!! And I am still trying to call and get ahold of someone."

"So far I’ve had nothing but a great experience with the staff. Dr. Chung is very flexible. I’m a critical care patient with another disability and a father on hospice. The staff couldn’t be more compassionate. Dr Chung & his staff are extremely helpful in getting me the care I need in a timely fashion if not quicker. Of course he’s busy, most drs are. Always take into consideration that there are others who may need more time with him due to results or diagnosis etc. If anyone needs help in a hurry just call until you speak to someone. Be proactive too. That’s the best way to handle drs."

"I am quite surprised at their low rating. I am a super critical grader and I observed everything from how the staff treats me, to how the doctor handles his patients. And I am pleased to say I had such a good experience here, the front staff has great chemistry and make it a very welcoming atmosphere. Stephanie is at the front, she is very sweet and easy to talk to. She communicates effectively. Jose works alongside of her and he walked me into the office. He was very nice as well. Finally, Dr.Chung is very profesional, kind yet he is straight to the point. Which I love. I don’t want to waste time except talk about why I am here today. He has great bedside manners and is very helpful. He orders the right testing and explains himself very well. I wouldn’t go based off the bad reviews! I encourage you to check them out! You’ll be pleasantly surprised"

"Don’t come here unless you want to spend over an hour in the waiting room after your scheduled appointment time. So many other patients at the same time with only one doctor is ridiculous. They constantly overbook. Last two appointments I had, I waited over an hour in the waiting room. First appointment I waited an extra 20-30 minutes for the doctor in the patient room. I also made my appointment over 2 months ago, and my prescription ran out long before the appointment and I couldn’t get it refilled until I saw the doctor, which they told me would take about 2-3 months before I could get an appointment. Front staff is fine. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy with Dr. Chung and both procedures went smoothly. He’s very quick when speaking to you, and expects you to speak everything rather than him asking leading questions during follow ups. He is polite. The overall experience is fine, but I would not come here at all if I could. My time is important as well, and spending that time waiting forever, for my scheduled appointment, rather than them giving me a quick call saying they’re running behind and ask me to come later is ridiculous. Oh and they don’t send your prescriptions to the pharmacy for you, you’ll have to take them yourself. First time I’ve had that at a doctor’s office. Now you’re spending even more time taking it yourself….."
