"The short haired woman working at the Kaiser Pharmacy around 12:15 Tuesday March 14 needs to learn the meaning of the word "work". She was the only counter employee. Instead of working, she socializes with other employees. When the next person in line went to the counter to check on their prescription, she left the counter for three minutes, just to show who was the boss. Go to Market Street instead. It may be busier, but the people there actually focus on their jobs, not chatting."

"I always have issues at this pharmacy. The employees are nice, but have no "pep in their step". My meds are NEVER ready! I had been prescribed some meds, I checked online and it said that they could be mailed to me. I thought to myself "that's awesome, I don't have to go down there and wait in line forever!". But after not getting anything in the mail after 2 weeks I called and they proceeded to tell me that the medication I needed couldn't be shipped! I asked why on earth it told me that it could ship? The pharmacy said they didn't know. Then I was told it was going to take another week for my meds to get there, and I should receive a text telling me that they were ready, but I should also call back. So being that I was already annoyed by this I was thrilled when the pharmacy called me to let me know that my meds were in and would be ready mid day, I told them I would be picking them up after 5, they said "great, it'll be ready". Imagine my surprise when I show up a little before 530 and was told "it'll be just a few minutes, it's not ready". And by "a few minutes" they meant half an hour!! And I did finally receive that text telling me my meds were ready, at 5:45. It really kind of sucks thought, with Kaiser we don't have many options as we have to use their pharmacies, no matter how inconvenient, and the hours suck for customers! Mon-fri closed by 6, so if you have a day job you have to take time off work just to get your meds!"
