"They always take so long to have my prescription ready. Have had it unavailable several times, and have had their systems down at inconvenient times when my prescription was needed asap for pain. They do not answer phones well nor do they communicate with hospital prescriptions in a timely fashion. Would not recommend. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different location."

"I rarely leave reviews, good or bad, but I have to make an exception when it comes to health and wellness. Multiple times now I have been told that my doctor is denying my refill request. I called my doc, and they reissued. Again I go to pick up and they tell me doc never called it in. When I spoke to doc office, the nurse decided to call the office. Nurse called me and said they were out of stock and would have more in a few days. 5 days later I get a text that my rx is ready for pick up. When I get my rx home I found they only filled for 5 days worth. So again, back and forth with doc and pharmacy, only to find they were still out of stock, and just gave me what they had WITHOUT informing me or my doc. When I called them out on my remaining medication, the manager says I have to wait until my next refill next month, or pay full price OOP! I've been using CVS for 18 years, and that ends now! Beware... CVS is not looking out for you, unless your willing to PAY for it, both with your bank account and your health."

"The target cvs doesn't dispense your customer care $5 tickets you deserve. I'm behind $40-50. Lots of money very unhappy. Have called 4 times to report it they say it's fixed or will be and it's not."
