"The clinic would be excellent if that receptionist was not in front Shadia, every time I have come she has a bad attitude, we come to be helped because we have been feeling bad and she makes us feel worse, all the other workers are excellent and Dr Medina is a very good doctor and they make you feel a good atmosphere, I wish I could take action on the matter because it is not the only comment I have read regarding her,"

"The receptionist who answered my call was rude and dismissive. I was trying to make an initial appointment as a new patient but immediately changed my mind. Why work in healthcare industry with a nasty attitude."

"So my mom made it to Dr's Medina office before they close on Friday 10-15. After driving from Tj Mx on the road for 10 hrs, was told he was gone. Then comes out another lady/patient at that same moment n my mom decided to ask her if Dr was still there turns out he was. It’s really disappointing that knowing your Dr is there you being 1 of his patient driving that distance to say no/refuse you. WTH!!!"
