"At first I was pleased until no one picks up my phone calls and its been over 2 weeks and left over 2 voicemails... as a medical office I would appreciate a call back regarding my needs..."

"I'm giving 1 star because the person who is supposed to do the scheduling, literally never calls you back. That's an issue. Was supposed to call January 8th to schedule and we had to call. Was told she'd call back. Never did. Called again January 11th and was told she'd call back with more information. Well today is the 16th and he called again to get more information and was told again she'd call him back. And yet no call back? I called to complain because that's very unprofessional, we both work and this surgey is a big deal and we need information sooner than later. Learn to respect patients time, we have to take time out of our work day to call, the least you can do is call back. It is your job!"

"PA Bradley is why I trust Platinum Orthopedics. He is a very nice guy and good at what he does. I have had several knee injections from him. They are always painless and quick. His bedside manner is wonderful. He always has kind words of encouragement and genuinely cares about his patients."

"Called in to request a fax for my MRI and the usual extension was busy/away so i called into the medical records extension instead. The lady seemed bothered and annoyed that I called the wrong line and made it known to me at the end of the call. I'm not sure why she couldn't have just remained professional and transferred me to the correct line. This was a bit disappointing because I think Dr. Blanks is a great care provider."

"My two appointments at this location for double calcaneus fractures, have been extremely great. Dr Lee knows what she is doing and is willing to help you if you are willing to help yourself. The two nurses who did my cast made my cast as comfortable as possible. Thanks Linda and Zoey."
