"If i could give no stars i would. I just recently after living here almost 15 years got kicked out due to the maintenance guy, davids, inability to fix or hier someone to fix my issues with my electrical. I spent almost 7 months (august 2021-march 2022) with no power other than my bedroom. He and several managers that came and went during that time were notified and i was promised that it'd get fixed. After i threatened to take the company to court over the issue recieved a 30 day eviction notice. As a single parent of 3 in what was otherwise decent living quarters had to move unexpectedly into another low income apartment complex. Was also told i owed over $9,000 when I've paid my rent in full every month. I showed paperwork i kept showing i paid my rent and they still expected the payment. The complex has so many issues these last couple years I'm suprised the city hasn't been called to bulldoze the entire structure to the ground, itd Honestly be more reasonable to do that and start from scratch. I've known of other tenants to have electrical problems and be blamed for the company's failure to fix it (among others) as well. If your thinking about Appling to this location id recommend against it, it'd save alot of hassle in the long run."
