"I'm reading all the reviews and it's really sad because when Doctors Johnson was there it was a great Doctor's office. I don't know about the Doctors there but I due know I had a family member go in and see the new doctor and to put it nicely my family member hasn't been back because the Doctor didn't care I don't know if that doctor is still there. I do know without doctor Johnson it will never be the same great place"

"Bit of an old building, but it doesn't reflect on the level of service provided here. I recently became a patient of Dr. Theodore Rose, Jr. here after too many signs that my prior PCP needs to retire (won't go father on that here). Dr. Rose is an excellent Dr., who seems to be more knowledgeable than any other Dr. I've had in years as a PCP. He was even up to date on some uncommon blood tests & other illnesses. He explains things well for me, and knows I know what I am talking about, unlike many other Drs. that dismiss health comments you make if you actually mention reading about them online. I realized on one visit that he's hard of hearing, but with his hearing aids, there's no telling he is until he put them in his pocket and they started squealing a bit while using his stethoscope. I've seen him so far 3 times, and I think I will be with Dr. Rose until he retires, which I hope is a long time off! He's up to date on medical knowledge, has a good "bedside manner", and unlike a lot of SoCal Drs., speaks clear & excellent English. Give Dr. Rose a try if you're looking for a new Dr.!"

"Do NOT take your loved ones here if you care about them. I went to see my primary Paul, ((but never once have I seen him in the year I was assigned, nor do I think that he works there, they might be using his credentials due to age.)) Dr. Shireen Z Khalife should NOT be practicing medicine. I have never received such poor care in my entire life, than visiting here. No doctor should refer a procedure like MRI or Xray as "too expensive" and not order them. No reason to have to explain after multiple visits and phone calls what the problem is, nor will take any advice of ER followup procedure, or Urgent care on what to do next or take any previous xrays to review or order new ones. she doesn't seem to care at all, just orders blood tests, urine (?) and says my vitamin D is low, and high blood pressure when trying to explain 8/10 pain for weeks. Khalife Isn't fit to handle Male patients, as I see other reviews have had similar experiences. No bedside manner, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY DEGREE OF PAIN AT ALL. It took 3 visits to get mri requested, and physical therapy approved. Do not go here. Seriously. There is no concern for the well being of the patient, I have never had such a horrible experience or ever had to argue with a doctor over providing care anywhere I have been in my life for medical care. Embarrassing to even have to mention it here. It is over ? YOU WON'T KNOW.. she just walked out. No "this is next" no "what medicine should be proper" just walked out and said to follow up in 3 months? seriously?! No reason this person should practice medicine. PLEASE do not take any loved ones here. She only seems concerned about mask wearing. If you get selected here as your primary RUN somewhere else. I am in process of changing doctors ASAP and filing a complaint with Pathway, Medi-cal and Calif board of medicine. I wish I didn't have to write this, but other people really need to know rather than waste a month of runarounds or have further complications like I have due to the delay of treatment."

"Horrible prolonged experience. Dr Khalife does not give adequate care. My vitamin D levels are chronically low and the receptionist said “there’s nothing wrong with you your labs came back perfect” and the dr refused to treat me. I had to fight for an extremely low dose of vitamin D. I’ve had to fight for pelvic ultrasounds and MRIs for years and was denied until my cyst grew to 8.9cm. Unless you’re extremely strong and willing to fight for scraps(which most of us aren’t, that’s why we’re seeing a doctor) advocate for yourself. This is not a quality office. Unless you’re visibly bleeding out, you will be swept under the rug. Absolutely no sense of urgency. They are not proactive. They WILL NOT connect the dots to your health problems. I wouldn’t go back even if it was for a cough or cold…"
