"Overall a underwhelming experience. Was initially really excited to try this place out. Did the first time Signature laser facial special for $75. Majority of the 45 min appointment was signing paperwork and the actual treatment was 10min. After my treatment, my nurse didn’t mention any customized treatment plan or recommended products. When I returned to the front desk the receptionist immediately told me my nurse recommended the “power signature facials” without any input from my nurse. Overall felt very up-selling without genuine input or regard for my individual skin type/concerns."

"I can’t rate the services unfortunately because I didn’t get past The frustration of my inquiry with the receptionist. Today is Feb 26,2024 and I placed call about 12:25pm. I asked about the results some people might expect to experience after treatment. Im not sure she understood me or if she didn’t care. She only seemed to want to tell that a nurse would see me to assess my specific skin needs to determine my recommended treatment and I’d pay after services not before. I explained that wasn’t my question…and that I did not want to commit to and pay $300 when I didn’t have a clear understanding of what results might be expected. I asked about three different ways and I tried to explain I wanted to know the potential impact of a treatment before I made an appointment and commit to $300. She’s either did not understand what I was asking or had no interest in taking the time necessary to answer me. Either way, Her tone was dismissive, uninterested and passive…not so much rude but wasn’t really trying to listen to me or I just don’t know. Ultimately Iasked to speak a manager to try to get my question somewhat answered but then I realized I don’t want this type of energy around me at a place I’m paying a service for. So I just hung up. I’ll try a different location. The services might be great though ….once you get passed the gate keeper. * update* 6:18pm same day To the owner: The system won’t let me reply to a reply. So I’m updated my initial review. I saw your reply/ request for me to reach out with my name as listed. You said you were trying to reach out to me. My name is Kim McClain. But There is no reason my name should be in your database because I’ve never made an appointment with you. I left the review under my band account. I appreciate you reaching out to me to dialogue around this issue. I have however learned that these types of impressions will not be adequately resolved (on my end) at least, with a detail explanation or answer to my initial inquiry. For me, there was a definite impression permanently left and the energy I experienced does not seem to be an isolated one with front of house. I was uncomfortable in my exchange with staff and that was very off putting for a first impression. I do, however thank you for the prompt response though. I may try a different location or business. I’m not interested in even possibly re-experiencing that discomfort from a business that I’m looking to pay a service for. I hope this makes sense on your end. Thank you again. "This was my first time going to the Skin Laundry. I was very pleased with the professionalism. They spent time assessing my skin and describing the treatment. It was pain-free and even my husband mentioned that my skin looked great afterwards (he never notices anything I do;). Will definitely go back for more treatments."

"I started going to Skin Laundry mid July 2023 roughly 3 months. First facial was Signature Laser Facial which was completed in 15 min. That’s it? Humm! Second time received a Thermo Fractional Facial done in about 30 min. I say this because I was always use to facials taking at least 1 hr or Morse. Three months rotating the services mentioned and also thinking how is 15-30 of zapping my face the SLF is this machine that puts out light, the TFF is like needles. How is this even going to make any difference. Well I was wrong. I definitely do see a difference in my skin. I highly recommend this place pricey but it’s worth it."
