"I did not have the great experience with this office. Had a sore knee and was referred and was offered a knee brace. I specifically asked if I would be charged for it and was told NO by Dr. Jin Choy so I accepted it. Then I started getting bills for it and actually never used it. I called the accounts payable and always got voice mail and left 3 if not 4 messages and no one ever returned my call but continued to send me bills. The voice mails I left even offered to return the unused brace. Apparently they bill my insurance nearly $400 and my insurance did not pay the entire price they were charging. They had neglected to bill my secondary insurance and then SENT ME TO COLLECTION over $32! Unbelievable! Make sure you check directly with your insurance before accepting any thing from this office. I have perfect credit with over 800 fico and to be sent to collection rather than simply return my calls is totally unacceptable!"
