"Very tricky floor they had. Uneven threshold between dining room and kitchen. Some spots/stains in hardwood floor. They sanded it down and we were able to pick a stain color that hides all signs of age. They also took care of that transition to the kitchen flawlessly. The floor looks absolutely beautiful now…did not cut any corners. Thank you so much!!!"

"Warning: Beware of My Affordable Flooring in Sturtevant, WI! If you're considering hiring them for a job, be cautious. Eric, the owner, may send his friend Dale A. to do the work, but the quality of the job may be unsatisfactory. They used only half of the bags of self-leveler for the job and lied about it. As a result, the floor is extremely unlevel, and non-flooring grade strips were used as a transition. The cuts were poor, resulting in sharp edges being exposed, and one strip was installed so poorly that it had to be readjusted, causing the tile to pop up about four inches from completion. Eric, the owner, is defensive and not proactive about making things right for the customer. Additionally, they may try to use a tactic to avoid responsibility by insisting that payment be made to Eric, not Dale, even though the invoice says to pay upon completion of the job with no other instructions. They may offer to send Dale out to fix the job, but given the poor quality of work, it may not be worth it. Be cautious before hiring My Affordable Flooring!"

"This team did an amazing job. I have 100+ yr fir floors that I wanted refinished after pulling up carpet. I also wanted them stained to match trim. Jason was great, he talked me out of staining them and I can't be more in love with my floors if I tried. He made sure he listened to what I wanted and got me set up. The team that came out was wonderful and respectful. They were able to fit me in quick and they knocked it out."

"My husband and I hired my affordable floors to refinish the maple floors in our 1923 bungalow and the results are phenomenal! Our floors were in rough shape after we pulled up the existing carpet and removed 100's of nails and staples that had been there for nearly 30 years. My affordable floors made them look brand new! They did sanding and refinishing as well as floor repair in which they removed old vents that were not in use and beautifully feathered in new flooring. We were especially pleased because we heard it would be difficult to stain maple wood - but we went ahead with Special Walnut by minwax anyway and the crew did an excellent job. The coverage is beautiful. The My Affordable Floors crew is professional, trustworthy and knowledgable. The company is also excellent at communication - Jason, Kathy and Randy specifically always got back to me via phone or email within the same day to answer all of our questions. Don't hesitate to hire these guys - they are true professionals. We hope to work with them again in the future! I have put "before" and "after" photos below - please note in the "after" photos we have not yet painted the trim or replaced the quarter round so the edges look a little rough for that reason."
