"Going to sue them. Refuse to see me cause I don't have a covid test."
"I used to see Dr. Eppele here & she was awesome! I'm not sure if she is there anymore, though."
"I was very impressed with Dr. Lindsey Larson, who I had an appointment with for many problems I was having. Dr. Larson is very knowledgeable, thorough, carrying and friendly. She looked at imaging and ex-rays I had in the hospital where all the Drs. Didn't tell me what was going on with my hip. She immediately saw the problem. After examining me she scheduled me for an X-ray the same day at primary care and scheduled many tests and referred me to a Doctor for specialized evaluation. I can't express how relieved I am that I came to Dr. Larson and Primary care. I was very worried and stressed with my health issues, but after going to Dr. Larson I feel safe and well cared for. I like that some tests were taken at Lakewood primary care, which made it so convenient and Dr. Larson sent referrals for Dr. And diagnostic testing where they called me to set up appointments in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I am so happy that I came to Dr. Larson at Primary care in Lakewood. I have never had such a great experience with any other Doctor. I am in good hands!!"
"If you’re ok with waiting a hour to see a doctor and being scolded for using the PPO you pay extra for to see the doctor with the most availability, than this place is for you. Was told I can’t pick a doctor different from the one I saw TWO YEAR AGO because of office policy without said doctor’s approval. Was then told “you have a PPO, you can see whoever you want” when I asked who my primary care doctor will be."
"Do. Not. Come. Here. Attempted to use Dr Shah for the last few years and it has been a nightmare. Beginning with lack of professionalism from front desk personnel and his aid. I had consulted him about my weight gain and was very vulnerable... even cried from feeling so ashamed. He gave little insight other than asking me if I knew how many calories are in a grape. I asked about bariatric surgery and he said he recommended weight loss pills over surgery. I left feeling extremely torn and uncomfortable. I also told him that I have extreme pain in one of my wrists... to which he prescribed gout medication. After going to a specialist, I discovered it was arthritis. I also attempted to have my prescriptions filled here monthly and it was a nightmare. His aid, Yolanda, made no sense any time I spoke to her. It was always a dance back-and-forth to have my prescriptions ready to be picked up. She acted like driving to their office whenever it was convenient for her was the way it had to be. I emailed or called monthly and it was rarely ready in time. If it was ready, the prescriptions were written wrong half the time. So, I would have to wait on my pharmacist to call in to correct her mistakes. Then, the front desk chic was beyond rude to my husband when he came to pick up prescriptions. Saying it was not ready... when apparently it was ready this time. He actually recorded her because he was so taken aback. I can be short when I am pushed but not my husband. He is never disrespectful or pushy with anyone... so for her to act this way was astounding. The doctor would have me come in wheennnneverrr he felt like having me come in for med check ups and wouldn't tell his aid until I would reach out for that month's that I had to come in. Like I can make an appointment at the drop of a dime for that week? Not doable. DR Shah made me feel so uncomfortable about going ahead with bariatric surgery (after consulting with multiple other doctor's and family member doctor's who have had it) that I was actually dumb founded. This has been the most ghetto, uncomfortable, half-assed experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. Oh, and they require you to go somewhere else for labs... So, have fun making another appointment for that and then having to pay for it, as well. So glad to be moving from here. Enjoy execu ting your practice with sub-par standards."
