"I'd switched my PCP to this office, thinking they were actually on atlantic, but the Atlantic office at 10th Street is closed and I had to go way up to this place. The assistant doing my intake had no idea what she was doing, she kept having to ask people how to work her software. Wait time was abysmal. I understand I'm on Medi-Cal and I shouldn't expect anything great from my doctors, but after one visit there I switched to a different provider. I have since needed some information from them, but they never ever answer the phone. Going to have to actually go up there in person to get the info I need. Literally bottom of the barrel Health Care."

"The staff are nice enough but the system is a bit tedious. Lot's of walk-ins that makes it take a long time but it's FREE on Medical so I got use to it. If you think this is like a well oiled highly paid doctors office you will be disappointed. Ive been coming here for three years because I'm on Medical and Health Net and everything goes through Accountable Health Care. I don't really like the system but it works pretty good most of the time. There has been a change of staff recently and I was in and out pretty quickly the last two times. If I had to pay more I would maybe give it just two stars but not because of the staff but because of the network. I often wish I could get better referrals and the clinic staff try but it's out of their hands so I either accept the referrals or I go somewhere else and pay cash. When I asked for my records to take to Kaiser they printed out a pile of useless papers rather than giving my a copy on dist or thumb drive. All I needed was a list of health issues that they addressed NOT two pages of forms you get on every visit saying what my weight and blood pressure that the "nurse" takes on every visit."

"I've been calling all morning and have been placed on hold for more than 25 minutes on both home and cell . This lady name Carla was very un professional and I believe she is at the Call center. I've Cancelled my appointment, and will be changing my Dr. Because of this. "I feel giving this place one star is being generous if I could rate negative I would. This is hands down the worst clinic I have been to. The medical assistants are very unprofessional and rude most of the time. If they ever give you a referral you better get it that day because you won't even get the authorization in the mail until it's expired already. They act like you are wasting their time there. You are most likely also not going to see the same doctor the same time. It's just whoever happens to be there at the time. They have "doctors" that can barely comprehend what you are telling them. You will get misdiagnosed or just told there is nothing wrong with you. I was just there the other day and sat for 2 hours for a letter for work over a broken thumb on my right hand that was already a confirmed break to have the "doctor" look at it from all the way across the table, then proceed to bend the hell out of it to tell me there's nothing wrong and it's not broken. It has been extremely sore since then and I never did get a note. It's very visibly clear it's broken being very swollen, just about every color of the rainbow, not able to bend and disfigured. The guy wouldn't even diagnose as a sprain. I fear for someone that really needs medical attention and goes there just to get turned away or brushed off. Yesterday was the last time I will ever go to that place again. I called off work for nothing. Don't ever go here."

"The worst Dr. office ever! Super ghetto place rude staff, slow and Uninformative. First vist here sat for 2 hours past appointment time before they even saw us and that was just for a eye Dr referral. there was a man that was apparently friends or dating the nurse because he went to the liquor store to buy himself a beer and her snacks. Next visit was just as bad waited an hour and a half past appointment before we were even talked to and there was nobody even in the office and this was for another referral this place is a joke it's a scam to bill insurance companies for Unneeded services. my son had a fever of 101.3 and the Dr was saying he didn't have a fever. I mean come on do they even read the damm charts. I'm changing Dr's immediately and reporting them."
