"I went for my annual physical exam. I had to wait to see a doctor almost 1hour and 30 minutes. Even he passed my room and saw another pt who checked in after me. It just only few minutes to see me after that. They forgot my chest x-ray too and I had to ask them I need a chest xray too. I might not go there next time."

"The receptionist was very stern and cold. I refrained from commenting on it to her because I didn’t want my visit to be lengthened. She never smiled and was very short with me. When I asked her questions, it seemed as if I was bothering her. I asked a question about the form I was filling out and she gave a snide answer referring to a direction on the document. I read it back to her and she realized her interpretation was wrong. She still didn’t acknowledge her mistake or change her disposition. The nurse or attendant in the lab was great. She was warm and pleasant. We shared small talk, a few jokes and she was efficient in her duties. I would rate her a 5 star! I feel she saved the overall impression of the visit. There is a need for people training for the receptionist up front. I got the feeling of dealing with a DMV clerk with her."
