"The drive to Torrance from Culver City is worth the traffic to see Dr. Rachel Barbour and Ms. Picia. Dr. Rachel is thorough with her assessment of my child’s health by looking through previous notes and history in his file. She gave options and the pros & cons of the options. Her questions regarding my child’s health helped with thinking through options..Ms. Picia is patient and kind as she attends the patients by herself. The ample free parking is a plus at the Torrance site."

"Total Incompetence by the office and the phone people ,first of all you can’t even call the office you have to go through some phone service then they screw up your prescriptions and send them to another place and then you’re not allowed to get it filled because it’s already been filled in some CVS. Whoever knows where it was. It’s just a nightmare over there. Dr Pang is missed And we made a mistake thinking they would be as good as Dr Pang I wouldn’t recommend this group to anyone ever. It’s just a constant run around. We never get what you need and they don’t even know how to submit a prescription the right way Find A New Pediatrician!!!"

"This practice took over from Dr. Pang, who was wonderful. The new doctors are terrible. They are critical, seem inaccurate in medical diagnosis and advice, and they overbill. My son had a simple infection and needed topical antibiotics. I was charged $1,060 for a ten minute visit and had to pay $481 out of pocket for antibiotic cream (basically neosporin). They wanted him to come back also, presumably to charge more. They didn't even send me a bill and sent me straight to collections, and I had even been back to the office between the office visit and collections. I called their billing office 5 times and calls kept getting dropped, I had to get the charge information from the collection agency that was more professional and responsive than KTMGroup. Dr. Pang's nurse is great and she stayed after he retired, but these new doctors are not. I do not recommend at all. ** update As you can see they responded asking me for my call back number to resolve this. My phone number, address, emergency contact etc are obviously on file with our own doctor which information they have had all this time."

"My children have all been in care of Dr. Pang for 18 Years the best MD ever Congratulations on his retirement our family will miss him ever. We have seen Dr Hsu and so impressed with her. Her background is amazing and her manner is very personable."
