"Great place to stay! My family has come here for 18 years and has enjoyed every single stay. The view can not be beat and the condos are all great. This year we rented 9 units and every single one was in great condition - we had a small incident with the AC in one unit but the issue was remedied. Thank you for the great stay! I want to especially thank the management staff. I had overreacted to a situation and they handled the situation with with compassion and respect. I cannot thank them enough!"

"We stayed in 305 and the view was wonderful. I enjoyed waking up every morning and seeing the ocean right out of the window. However, for the price we paid for the room, it was pretty shabby. The cleaning crew only cleaned the quick basics. There was popcorn all over the floor by the night stand in the master bedroom, dust everywhere, cabinet handles were so stripped they just pulled right off, missing broken blinds, there were locks missing from the doors, glass rings on all of the furniture, we found other peoples clothing in the drawers, the master closet was packed with tile, paint and carpet, which made me nervous about hanging my clothing in there. We had to buy some essentials that you would assume would have been provided, like a can opener and dryer sheets. The main bathroom has a sink with a handle that is broken and is a pain in the butt to shut off. The patio door frame had broken splintered wood at the bottom of the frame, which is not ideal with children. Over the kitchen table there is this light that you are guaranteed to hit your head on several times a day, especially if you are dealing with children. The light doesn't work at all and serves no purpose that we have found other than to give you a headache. Over all I would say that the location is wonderful, the view was wonderful, but 305 itself needs some serious work. There were comments that 305 was renovated and we saw no evidence of that. The only thing that made it worth it was the location and view."

"Great Vacation! My entire family enjoyed staying at this beach house. All of us loved the beautiful beach right out front and the views from the living area were amazing! Our kids collected hundreds of shells on the beach by the surf camp. This is definitely a place we will stay again. It was FANTASTIC! The management company could not be nicer.Handled all our questions, showed us all kinds of info on where to go."

"We are a family with young children. It was so nice to have room for everyone to sleep and play comfortably. The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived, plenty of towels and everything else they say they would provide. We stayed in #301. The Farmers Market on Fridays down the street is must for lunch or dinner. We LOVED our vacation at Imperial Beach."
