"Difficult to decide on stars as I am satisfied with the final result, but pretty shocked that after the installer left my house, we never heard from Floortech again. No emails, calls or other contacts to check in on our satisfaction with the product or process. We had three bedrooms carpeted as well as a hallway and staircase. I was dissatisfied with the installers and would hesitate to recommend this company based on those interactions (included smelling so badly of cigarette smoke my husband asked if they had been smoking inside the house, hours after they left and despite my opening every upstairs window; leaving nails in our stairwell, bathroom and one bedroom despite knowing we have a toddler; and my having to ask why the freshly installed carpet appeared to have a stain in the middle of the room: the installer retrieved carpet cleaner and said it “must have been dirt from the warehouse.” He also repeatedly offered unsolicited criticism of our carpet choices, a truly bizarre sales technique if I ever saw one). Those aspects aside, the finished product looks good and has been performing well. In addition, the samples came quickly, the sales person reached out promptly and provided a quote in a similarly prompt manner. Ordering the materials and scheduling was also a smooth and fast process."
