"Today, February 25, about 2pm, I went to the Mid Valley clinic to the Urgent Care room for a consultation. I saw very few staff there, were no patients at all, and when the nurse called me, she called me by the wrong name. I corrected my name and she called me again by the wrong name and then she said but it's you, because you are the only one here. Then she informed me that they could not see me and that its better for me to return tomorrow, Monday, apparently everything indicated that there was no doctor in charge or nurse practitioner. Everyone was there doing nothing."

"Where to start? I don't think this place was built on professionalism or decency. An hour wait just to be called and get my ID so they can start processing to give my 2 meds. Have to wait at least another 30 minutes they tell me. Disgusting and third world system."

"I am convinced all of the negative reviews are from people who either do not know how to read or are so entitled they lack basic comprehension. Whenever you ever go to urgent care anywhere, you are told that they care for a limited number of patients. If you see an empty waiting room, it means the patients are already inside being taken care of. If your issue is more urgent, you go to the emergency room. This is why if you want to go to Urgent Care late in the day, you call first to check availability. Don't be stupid. Also, if you're not literally dying, you are not the priority. If you are waiting for a long time, deal with it. Healthcare workers have limited staff and limited hours. Be grateful for your care, wait patiently, then go home. Whining on Google Maps is so childish and useless. My experience here has been nothing but excellent. The doctors actually listen to me for once, they don't rush me. I've received primary and urgent care here and I prefer it over every other location in LA."

"My experience with Mid-Valley Comprehensive has been over all positive for the past 5 years that I’ve had MediCal. Something I thought is annoying is that when I see any test results have come back from blood work, etc and I have questions about what they specifically mean it has taken a longer amount of time to get an answer from my NP and I’ve had to call in more than once to request an explanation. No one wants to read something in their chart without having the information explained to them."

"Before going I saw the comments posted here but my experience was wonderful. I arrived with my brother a few minutes late for our appointment I was worried but the person at window C on the 2nd floor treated us very, very kindly and made sure that they saw us. Then we saw 3 nurses including the head nurse from the second floor and they were all so nice. Blood work always terrifies me but the lady who did it was very nice with my brother and he said that it didn't even hurt. They checked my brothers eyes too and she was also so kind. The place is very clean. I am very, very grateful! God bless you!"
