"I have never worked here but have many relatives and friends who work here. I understand everyone has their own opinions based on their own experiences but I would like to say to the owners and the HR team, thank you for giving a job opportunity to many people regardless of their race, ethnicity or faith… and to the workers, thank you SO much for all your hard work to provide food to our table! May not be the most comfortable place to work, true… but that’s because of the nature of the business. Thank you for all you do Agristar staff! Keep up the great work!!"

"Agri Star has a trucking company called Prime Star and they have the best dispatcher, her name is Dawn. So wonderful to work with."

"This place is good at processing meat and they have good standards. The low rating is due to their management when it comes to the trucking side of things. We are told “2 loads ready at 3pm” we arrive 30 minutes early and, well, we don’t leave until 10pm! We ask the guard at the scale shack when the loads will be ready and they all say the same. “Oh we can’t tell you anything” WHAT?? so who knows when the loads will be ready…… ABSOLUTELY NO ONE."

"For first time reefer drivers picking or dropping here it’s pretty confusing. Turn north onto west street and right after the railroad tracks hang a left. It’ll bring you to an overhang. Park before it and walk in to check in. Decent space to back into a door. Fast loading! They’re here till 10 pm most days but they like outside trucks to be checked in NLT 1700 because they load their own trucks after 1700. Decent place! Not 5 stars cuz there’s no signs and a rookie will end up destroying the property surrounding it lol. There’s parking in the NE corner of the property. Just keep following “N West rd” north and it’ll circle into a big parking lot. Employees park there but there’s enough room for a lot of trucks."
