"As I watched the elder gentleman cashier put my lettuce on top of my raw hamburger, I ask him not to do it he says to me with the most disgusted look and more attitude than my 15 yr old that. He has never heard of such a thing all his life. Cool maybe teach cashiers about cross contamination and what can occur from it."
"The store has become HEAVILY overpriced. We don't need specialty/organic/'fancy' food in such a small rural town. We need affordable food for everyone."
"Even though this is the only large grocery store in our county, I still like shopping here. I like that they have delivery, in case I need something and can't get out that day. The staff are always courteous, friendly and helpful. They just started a savers program where we'd get cash back just for shopping there. I rarely shop anywhere else unless they don't have what I'm looking for."
"Our grocery store help use to be so fun, helpful and welcoming. Since the new take over the new staff are very rude to customers and I hear them talking amongst one another complaining often. Everyone has issues at their job but don't show your customers!"
"I recently visited this store and encountered an issue with payment. Despite my $100 bill passing the counterfeit detection pen test, it was declined with the reason being "many problems." However, the staff couldn't specify what those problems were. I'm unsure if the issue stemmed from a lack of training, protocol, or something else, but the process was certainly disorganized and left me feeling unsettled. Store is handicap accessible, good variety, lots of parking in the lot."
