"*Updated - company nicely sent us 3 new bracelets - BUT ALL THREE BROKE within a week! Out of 9 bracelets total, 7 are broken. Literally snapped, or the clasps broke or the ring just came apart. UNREAL. My mom wore one to her grave and the idea was for all of us to have one, too - but sadly, that won't be happening. It's truly a shame that I chose this company. Buyer beware - don't spend your $$ here, esp if you want a meaningful piece of jewelry. Original Post: Purchased 6 bracelets for all the women in our family to celebrate my moms life this week while she’s on hospice - out of the box two were broken and a 3rd just broke today after only one week of wear. I spent nearly $300 on these bracelets to share with my mom and family and now we don’t even have a way to all wear them before she passes. So sad and unexpected poor quality. I’ll never purchase from this company again. So wish I had chosen a different company."

"Absolutely terrible customer service! They don’t care about the customer’s experience whatsoever and aren’t clear about important details when ordering on their website. They self-admittedly cut corners on costs at the expense of both the customer and quality of products. They certainly don’t care about customer satisfaction either. I reached out with my concerns and was met with smug indifference by Abbie with Customer Care. Mostly though, I’m supremely disappointed by this turn of events. I have been a loyal, loving customer for years and am a Wisconsin native originally. This really is too bad and I wish we could have worked together towards a happier ending. So long Hello Adorn. "The main reason why I ordered this necklace from Hello Adorn website was the “ready to ship” comment on their website. Furthermore, their shipment policy was that the item should be shipped within 2-4 business. I waited 6 business days (9 days), but the necklace was not shipped. I emailed them, but no response. I followed up by asking if a cancelation was an option, but never actually requested to cancel the order. They immediately replied saying my order was cancelled. It seems they did not like my tone in my previous email as I could feel it from their reply, especially the timing. They also mentioned that they had a high demand and were busy, which contradicted the “ready to ship” description on their website. I wasted 9 days and effort for something that never arrived. I have to leave the country within 2 weeks to visit my girlfriend and surprise her with the gift. Now, they made my life hard and stressful, and their attitude in the email was unbelievable. Also, I posted the same review on their website, and it disappeared. Their product review is fake."
