"DO NOT GO HERE. This company is so difficult to work with regarding billing. It’s like pulling teeth. If you try and call the billing department they send you straight to an automated message. You have to reach out online and it’s a long process. I missed an appointment due to Covid. They charged me 185 for missing this appointment. I told them I had Covid and sent them proof. They didn’t reach out to me and it took me 3 WEEKS of back and forth and I STILL haven’t received my refund. I was required to give more proof and luckily I had my doctors appt and medication I was prescribed. But it’s completely unprofessional to constantly have to reach out to receive one call back. If I hadn’t been the one trying to constantly contact them this would never be resolved. For this reason alone I’d advise you to be careful and I wouldn’t go here. Save yourself the stress I’m honestly considering leaving. I don’t want to deal with this situation ever again. I have bills to pay and I needed that money to pay my bills. They don’t care about my circumstances and only contact when it’s convenient for them."
