"I decided to shop here at I was waiting for someone to get done with a surgery at the hospital. Just before I checked out, I realized that everything in my cart was expired. Looked at the products on the shelves, and couldn't find anything that wasn't expired. How is this even legal???"

"Today July 10 2023 I had purchased 2 rolls of aluminum foil, the price on the shelf said $5.29 per roll they rang up at $9.89 per roll I did not know this until after I had paid for all of my items. When I looked at the receipt it seemed a little excessive then I noticed that I was overcharged on both rolls of aluminum foil I brought it to the attention of the cashier and the manager at the time in the store. They both checked the price on the shelf and what the register had rang up. I was correct that I was over charged. According to the manager in charge the policy of bent and dent in Mauston is either I keep the overcharged items or get an in-store credit that had to be used today the date of the mistake. I did not want to spend $18 on any other items that day I was willing to take the credit and shop another day but she said no it had to be used today. This doesn't seem like a policy that works well with people. So when shopping at the Marston Bent and dent the price on the shelf may not be what you are being charged check your receipt before you pay because you won't get your money back I am a little upset I usually don't do bad reviews but this just doesn't make sense and it's very bad public policy, thank you."
