"Dr Bowes is great. The front office staff at this practice is horrible. They do not take accountability for their issues. They do not schedule or manage appointments that involve specialty pharmacies effectively or efficiently. They are rude, short, unwelcoming, unhelpful, and defensive. Will never return or recommend."
"Dr Bowes was great, really helpful and kind, however, the office staff is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I never received a call back to schedule and process my results from my neurologist appt and had to wait weeks to try to get my MRI. Almost a month later, I’m almost scheduled. When I asked one of the front desk women if she could send me a copy of the MRI order after I had been completely ignored for weeks, she had the audacity to ask if I had been given one at my appointment already. Apparently, it was too much work to ask her to send me an emailed copy. She relented and blamed the issues I was having on Rolling Oaks, who mind you, I have never had a single problem with. I think it’s crazy that an office with great neurologists has such abysmal office staff. These are the people scheduling, following up, and maintaining people’s private medical records. This job requires discretion, respect, and emotional sensitivity, as many of us are going through serious stress surrounding our heath when we walk through those doors. I’m very disappointed in the service I received and it’s safe to say that once I complete my imaging and subsequent follow up, I will be seeking medical care elsewhere."
"The office staff is rude and makes up ridiculous patient restrictions. They can literally care less about there patients. After two years of telemedicine appts the office decided they are now requiring an in office visit for zero reasoning. Dr. Tang and Tara is nice which is a bummer but the office staff is not worth going here!"
"Wow. If I could less negative stars I would. 0/5 the office is awful. They do not care about their patients. Doctor is great. What a bummer."
"After spending over 2 days trying to get the office to get the doctor to call me back or upper management from the office I felt this review was much needed. DR. TATA was very nice but the office staff and cust. Serivce was and has been horrible. They tell me the upper managerment can for sure call back and not to for sure get a call from the Dr. This started about 5 weeks ago and the office admitted 2 weeks after first visit they were finally submitting the request to ins for the next steps. One that actually got done we got all the testing done after finally getting the approvals. They did have to re-schedule the follow up appt as the testing was delayed. The office called us for confirmation request for follow up appt. during the middle of the process of about to have a scan. We asked them to email us the confirmation with the situation all personal items and clothing except phone was all locked in a locker. Not that they knew that but that was the reason for asking to get info emailed so we didn’t forget the appt. long story short we missed it because by the time all the testing was done and after weekend passed we missed an appt. Then they decide to bill us $50 no show when they didn’t hold up quite a few issues along the way. Long story short if you feel this is good cust. Service feel free they can take great care of that!"
