"Incredibly poor customer service. After waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru, when I got to the service window the clerk stood at his computer and proceeded to enter information for another 5 minutes before assisting me. He seemed oblivious to the fact I had been waiting for more than a half hour and the number of cars in the line was increasing. I was treated as if I was an inconvenience to him."
