"I would give this pharmacy a negative number if available only because of the pharmacist. I called to check the status on the Rx and the pharmacist said the medication was on hold. The pharmacist at this location is not trying to help patients at all. She has no empathy towards patients. She had me in hold for 16 minutes just to tell me that they would not fill the the Rx because it was a Narco and that they don't fill narcos there which is a lie. Then she changed it and said because this Rx was filled somewhere else that i had to go to the same location to fill it. She was not trying to help at all. She said we will not fill it. Now it's after 5pm the Dr's office is closed and now I'm not able to get that medication filled because they didn't care to call and advise of this within a reasonable time from receivingthe Rx. Would not recommend this pharmacy only because of the pharmacist. The rest of the staff is not a problem. I've never received a text msg or any type of notification when my Rx have been ready in the past. Horrible customer service!"
