"I did not realize that making an "appointment" online did not work, but once I called, I was able to quickly get an appointment for the next day, and the office staff were very nice and accommodating. Establishing myself as a new patient was quick and easy. I also got a phone call with my test results, which was convenient for me."

"The antibody test was easy and the results very quickly available. I did appreciate being isolated in a room while waiting to see the doctor and then the nurse who did the blood draw. However, I was in the outside waiting room for 10 minutes with two other people, albeit everyone with masks and socially 6 feet distant. I would have felt better if there were panels or something to separate patients more in that space."
