"Avoid this place by all means. They scheduled us for a 4:45 appointment and told us after already waiting for 30 minutes that all the people who walked in after us are somehow ahead of us when we were early for our appointment. We weren’t going to be seen till 6 pm according to the woman at the front. Why in the world would anyone sit and wait there that long? Not to mention the lady at the front was rude and could care less. Manage your appointments better and hire staff that have common courtesy! This place stacks appointments and clearly gives preferential treatment to their existing clients. We were referred by Kaiser and will definitely recommend to all our friends to never go here."

"A really bad experience overall. I was referred to this office for an ultrasound by my OBGYN at UCLA Westlake Village in leu of a 13 week appointment at UCLA (the reason being COVID and wanting to see patients less). When I arrived I was confused why it was "Hi Risk" and why I was getting another ultrasound only 5 weeks later... everyone in the office was very combative answering my questions and helping me to feel comfortable. They scared me into getting the ultrasound saying that this was my chance to see if the baby had any health issues. This is my first pregnancy so I did not have any prior experience or I would have left immediately. My other reservation was that this office visit was not covered by insurance. When I decided to stay, I had to pay $500 for the ultrasound. I was lead to believe this was the entire payment, they took my insurance information anyway... as most places do in case maybe insurance will reimburse you some of the cost. About 2 months later after doing lots of research and switching from UCLA to a Midwife (PUSH Midwifery in Thousand Oaks), I received a follow up bill from Comprehensive Maternal-Fetal Medicine for $118.86. They told me the "cash" price of my visit was actually $550 (an option I was NEVER given) and that if I wanted to have insurance cover some of the cost the visit was actually $710 (Blue shield covered about $80)! I feel completely scammed. The first time I called Harsha, the billing manager I left a voicemail and she followed up promptly. I explained that I was under the impression nothing was covered by insurance and the cost of the visit in its entirety was $500, not $710. I would rather have paid $550 if I had been given the option. Harsha said she would get back about paying the $50 difference and never followed up with me. To avoid being sent to collections, I paid the $118.86 today (reference number of payment incase they try to say I didn't pay after this review is 00464294)."
