"I had a terrible experience here with Dr. Simpson and her staff. I went to get blood taken and the nurse taking my blood was completely unqualified and i fainted, he started panicking, which did not help me calm, and then Dr. Simpson came in and criticized me for fainting, she commented on how it "ruined her calm day" multiple times. I sent my feedback to them privately, they still haven't responded to me so i came to google to share publicly."

"Excellent Healthcare Team from Doctors, Nurses, X-ray Techs and the entire staff. Great Service. Friendly. Professional. Clean and organized. They treat patients thoroughly. My main hospital is UCLA Medical Center and for follow ups, it’s UCLA Health. I can give 10 stars if there is 10 starts for the entirety of how they took care of my son and I. Just wow! Highly recommended."

"I really love my new doctors office. I feel like I am getting such amazing health care from Dr. Scott Bateman and his daughter Dr. Allison Bateman. I have not felt like this about any Drs I've seen in the last 10 years. I never have to wait long for the doctor to come in after the usual blood pressure and check in. I have had numerous tests done and always get my results back very quickly. They accept my Medicare which is amazing. The entire staff is professional and courteous. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a new doctor!!!!! PLUS the drive along the coast is always nice and helps w any anxiety you may have about just having to go to a doctor."

"Dr. Ashley Bateman is a true breath of fresh air. After trying with multiple physicians, that were more concerned with getting to the next patient than listening to your history and concerns, I finally went to Dr. Bateman and she was patient and empathetic to my health and need to be heard. She is quick to respond to messages via UCLA Health and provided me with a sense of well-being and security in my health that I've yet to find elsewhere. She was straight forward and delivered test results and information quickly. I plan to stay a patient and will refer others. The frontdesk staff is busy and the phone can be a hassle. But they made me feel at home after a few visits. Highly recommend."
