"I had a doctor whatley for two years then another two years Lundquist also two years he was excellent up until he retired and I was left with NO doctor to cover him! And since then it's been hell. Dr Mustafa said sorry I only see seniors and can't see you because I have health conditions ..lol well ya..but he can't write a referral to a specialist..and Dr. Skinner because I've been left untreated now I have to visit and Emergency room for diabetes Ozempic and other chronic bleeding conditions but she couldn't even call..I had to show up to the appraiser for them to say .she won't refill your prescription if that what your here for after seeing from their E.R I have been there for diabetes and Bleeding ...wow! Disability discriminated and haven't had a doctor SINCE NOV AND THIS IS WHY I HAVE TO GO TO THE E.R..BUT I'm there for an opioid fix and the ER said sorry we can only give you Tylenol an didn't even there for my pain woooww!! So as dignity specialist who put me on this medication because the others were Over medicating me just for their new doctors to challenge and contradict their own staffs working regimens that they prescribed and found to be the best effective plan for me?? And even called the emergency room not to give me anything or any treatment if I'm dying with pain just a Tylenol even if it just the blood sugars that are out of control due to being untreated due disability discrimination ....If your already old or have no main health issues they can't treat you they can't they aren't trainned in this field Camarillo hey recommend doctors there that are?! Really wow. Ok so this is why I'm posting so people won't get the run around in camarillo"
"I have been seeing Dr Fouad for 3 years for primary care. He & his staff have always been responsive even with split office hours being tues & thurs. Appts work out well & waiting room isnt busy. Bedside manners & explanations are more easy to understand, holistic approach & professional. Lastly location is very convenient for mission oaks area."

"I DO NOT write negative reviews and just let whatever bad experience act as a lesson not to repeat. But the negligence by this facility and the danger of the issue is reprehensible. I have to retract previous comments based on the very poor and even dangerous care or rather, lack of care from this facility. I understand and appreciate the effect C19 has on everyone and the restraints' healthcare has been under to provide safe and effective care to their patients. Likewise, I'm no exception and have undergone "zoom" consultations and received both vaccines (even though I'm an opponent). Up until now, all my prescriptions were filled without issue until recently when my blood pressure medication was not refilled. Both my pharmacy and I have made several phone calls over the past 3 days to get the refill approved to no avail. During that time, my blood pressure shot through the roof and if not for the kindness of the pharmacy giving me a few "loaners" I would no doubt be in an emergency room. Why they have failed me in such a dangerous way is beyond any excuse. I don't know if they are trying to punish Blue Cross members because they lost their contract with them or? Regardless of all, this has been a reckless and irresponsible act carried out by those who I trusted with my health. When I learned of the Blue Cross issue, I changed my coverage to United because of my appreciation of the care I once received from Dignity. I can no longer make that assertion and have secured another facility to rest my trust upon."
"Me and my wife had been patient of Dignity health - Verdugo way Camarillo for more than 10 years. On my last visit with Dr. Fouad, I causally asked if I can bring my kids for flu shots as their non dignity health pediatrician was out of stock. He rather encouraged me to bring them there, so I took half a day off from work and took them there. Their staff kept me waiting for almost an hour outside the clinic with my kids running around and eventually told me that they cannot administer the flu shot as the office manager "Leena" wanted to sign up my kids as their patient first before giving them flu shots as this is not good for business. This sums up their whole attitude towards their patient. No respect for their time, their convenience. Take the patients for granted. Very disrespectful. Leena wanted to increase her business but guess what I will make sure to spread the word on how unprofessional their practice is. Hopefully, people with self-respect will go to other practices who respect their patients. For me, I should have stuck to local pharmacy for flu shots. I am kicking myself for bringing flu shots conversation to my kids during my physical. I guess I rated them better than a local pharmacy but I was so wrong!!"
