"Overall, my child’s needs were met, however there were in fact, 2 major problems. 1. They do not monitor if patients are actually taking their Benadryl or not; they can easily hoard it. 2. When a therapist says they will meet a patient at an extra time other than a scheduled appointment, they NEED TO HONOR THEIR AGREEMENT! I also was disappointed that we could not have more family sessions. At the end of the day, Paradigm was the best thing for my daughter; she learned an enormous amount and the staff is well trained and caring. Really nice facilities, not too many patients, wonderful to have equine therapy, excellent group sessions, parents group was helpful; I would recommend this facility."
