After my appointment with Dr. Jaesung Lee, I was able to schedule a same day appointment with Rose, the audiologist, and she explained every step and paired my older hearing aids to my new phone. Rose is very personable and made sure that my settings were accurately adjusted for several different environments. The team is patient focused and everyone from the front desk to patient care are welcoming and caring. I highly recommend this office and the professionals here."

"The worst customer service and patient care. I have been waiting for a hearing aid form my dad for 6 months and have not received it yet. Phones are not answered and messages are not returned. A very frustrating experience. Do not recommend this group. Have left several messages for Dr. Nelson and never got a call!"
