"I could not be more pleased with Edge Melt Systems and the ice melt solution they designed for me. I worked with Justin, who was extremely responsive throughout the process. I sent pictures of our very complicated roof. We have a sunroom with 15 skylights and some difficult intersections. Over the years, we have had ice dam issues resulting in leaks into our sunroom. The Edge Melt System resolved this once and for all. I installed the system myself, with Justin's guidance. It was easy and actually fun to install. Our electrician did the rest. We even had a problem with a faulty temp sensor and it was replaced promptly, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this solution.
