"I am not satisfied with the quality of this work. Mike was a nice guy to talk to and work with. But he did not tell me that he was not a Tops installer until the day he came to install my countertops. And it shows. There was silicone residue left all around my sink, some measurements were too short and didn't leave room for accent trim, and the backside of one piece was not finished with laminate. See attached pictures. The bar top was not level or rigid when he was done. When I asked him to fix it, he screwed a small piece of wood into my wall rather than installing metal bar brackets. I had to install the bar brackets myself for support and patch the hole in my wall from where he screwed in that piece of wood."
