"I went to Fastenal to get 4 bolts which they didn’t have in stock so I asked the attendant if he could order them for me.He was rude refused to order them for me and told me to go home and go online and order them myself. I will never go back to Fastenal and I am going to ask that the contractors that I’ve worked for stop using them.This employee should be fired."
