"My pet peeve is having an appointment and still having to wait a half an hour to be called back and then another half N hour in the room. Also, I completed my change of address form last time and they lost it and I had to fill it out again."

"My husband took my son to his appointment to get his cough checked out and to get a doctor's note for him to go back to daycare. Do note I called their office and told them why my son needed an appointment. So to continue my husband got there and he called before coming in, the clerk whoever told him he can come in and my god he went in and next thing you know he gets berated and yelled at for no reason just because my son was coughing and there was a new born and he gets told "WHO TOLD YOU TO COME IN!? WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL THIS NEWBORN BABY!?". I was appalled to hear this.. honestly I have had a bad experience with them before in the past but wanted to give them another chance but they failed us and lost our trust in them. I go to the Ventura location as my son main location and recieved better reception then the Oxnard location."

"Dr Heather Nichols is the absolute best. She sees both of my boys and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. The time that she takes to explain things to us, to help us figure out the correct solution, and just her understanding of being a parent. To say she is amazing is an understatement."

"Very friendly staff and doctors. We saw Dr Blank And Dr Heather even though the clinic was closed for lunch. Very much appreciated for travellers as most clinics do not accept walk-in."
