"If you are looking to rent a bouncy house, I highly suggest looking elsewhere. We had contemplated canceling our reservation due to rainy weather knowing that this store's policy was that the bouncy house needed to be returned in a dry condition. After being reassured by an employee that we would be fine as long as we did the best that we could, we returned the bouncy house the following morning after a downpour. Because the bouncy house was returned wet, of no fault of our own, we did not receive our deposit back. This business failed us by providing inconsistent rules - one employee said we would be fine. Another said we didn't follow our end of the contract. Needless to say, we will be looking to other places of business to rent from in the future. Huge disappointment."
