"Came to pick up my son's antibiotics, in where I was told medication would be ready in a hour. Provided enough time before pick up, three hours later. To find out that pharmacy was out of stock at my arrival, made me wait another hour and fifteen minutes, to state they could call another location, in which that location would be closing soon, as the doctor wasn't changing the subscription. At the end, medication and subscription weren't ready. This is sad, as it provides a wrong message. (Patients can be in pain in which your pharmacy doesn't show sympathy). After waiting almost 2 hrs was able to get the meds All this waste of time get an apologies from administration. Unacceptable they should of called other pharmacist and let me know sooner."

"Kaiser staff are friendly but rarely knowledgeable, it's a very common sight to see people struggling to get their medications due to administrative issues and problems at the pharmacy, I've even filed formal complaints. I've had chronic health issues for almost 2 decades, Kaiser has been the worst service by a long shot, and after a few years of being with Kaiser I continue to be disappointed and have my time wasted on a regular basis. The biggest improvement in their service I've seen was Kaiser DME department (Durable Medical Equipment) stop getting involved in my diabetes pump supply orders. I've found generally the less involved Kaiser is, the smoother the billing/ordering process goes. If I had the option, I would choose another healthcare option immediately, don't use Kaiser."

"A fine little pharmacy. It is clean and has friendly employees, and has an adequate but limited supplie of drugs. If you have Kaiser in Santa Cruz your choice is here or the much larger pharmacy in Watsonville."
